After trick-or-treating, Katelyn tried on her new snow hat. It has been getting kind of chilly lately. These hat and mittens should keep her really warm.

Halloween
Halloween this year was a little bit different. In Columbus, if Halloween falls on a weekend, they don't do trick-or-treating on the 31st. They think Sunday is for worship, Saturday is for football, and Friday night is too dangerous for little kids to be out, so we did our Halloween on Wednesday and Thursday. Our ward did a trunk or treat Wednesday night. Devin took Katelyn and I met them there after work. She had a fun time and came home less one black shoe. So we went out again on Thursday in her white Sunday shoes. She still looked pretty cute though. Katelyn really liked trick-or-treating. She would go up, select a piece of candy from the candy bowl, and say "thank you." She can say trick-or-treat, but was usually just too excited to pick out the candy to do it at the right time, but at least she was grateful!
On Thursday we went trick-or-treating to the ladies I work with. They both had little goody bags especially for Katelyn. She was very impressed with Dr. Munz's dogs. She just "woofed" the whole time we were there. Thank you ladies for making Katelyn's night so fun.

All in all, trick-or treating was very fun. We were glad Cara and Jory were here to come with us and are glad they took so many pictures!
