Movies

The first two movies are of Elyse talking. She thinks it is so funny to say "Dadada" when I ask her to say mama. I love the expression in her little voice.

This one may need a little explanation. When Katelyn is eating, Devin will motivate her to finish her food by racing her. While they chew, they bounce. This time, Devin got a little too into it. Elyse and Katelyn started coughing with him.

Making Memories

10-16-2011 Elyse loves to suck on her fingers. Dad, the dentist, doesn't think she should because it will mess up her teeth. Tonight, he kept trying to give her her pacifer so she wouldn't suck on her fingers. She pulled it out and threw it! Three times!
10-16-2011 Today we were watching The Mountain of the Lord. Wilford Woodruff came on the screen with his white, full beard. Katelyn said, "That's Grandpa." I said "Grandpa?" She said, "That's Grandpa Dean right there!"
10-9-2011 My mom asked Katelyn what her favorite treat was for her Halloween package. Katelyn didn't hesitate, "I want chocolate!" A true girl.
10-10-2011 Devin asked Katelyn what she was going to do today. She said, "I'm going to Brynna's house." Brynna lives in Idaho.
10-10-2011 Katelyn's friend Noah woke up this morning and said, "Mom, I am going to marry Rapunzel next weekend in the Temple." When asked who Rapunzel was, Noah answered Katelyn.
